1. The Institute of Culinary Education

This institution was founded by Peter Kump back in 1975 and it offers an intense culinary course for adults that are over the age of 20. The institution offers an Associate of Applied Science Degree in the field of Pâtisserie and Baking, and the Diploma, which is just as coveted by students who are interested in this field. 5. French Culinary Institute

This establishment is known for combining French culinary techniques with the efficiency that can be found in an American kitchen. The curriculum is fast-paced and members of the faculty include renowned master chefs André Soltner Alain Sailhac, Jacques Torres Jacques Pépin, and master sommelier Andrea Immer. During the course, students will be able to receive guest lectures from esteemed chefs visiting from all over the world, and it allows them the chance to become competent within this field in a relatively short space of time.
